ServiceNow Nuvolo Developer

Job Description

Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Nuvolo Developer to provide development, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support for a federal client's ServiceNow/Nuvolo environment. The selected candidate will work with the ServiceNow Platform team supporting a Nuvolo implementation used for facilities management, enterprise asset management, maintenance, labor, materials, operations, construction/project management, document management, and related functions. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) explains that Nuvolo operates within client's existing ServiceNow Government Community Cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will develop and customize Nuvolo applications on ServiceNow using JavaScript and GlideScript; develop business rules, UI actions, client scripts and script includes; customize portals, views and forms using HTML, CSS and Service Portal; configure ACLs, user criteria, data-separation models and support-group routing; develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations; create ETL processes and ServiceNow Import Sets for migration of legacy asset data; configure automation flows supporting preventive maintenance, inventory and financial management; build Facilities Catalog Items; support ServiceNow and Nuvolo upgrades; troubleshoot production issues involving scripts, data synchronization and performance; and develop reports, metrics and executive dashboards. Mandatory candidate screening criteria The PWS explicitly establishes the first three technical qualifications and describes proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern web development frameworks. Strongly preferred / target skills For sourcing, prioritize candidates with GlideScript, Service Portal, REST/SOAP APIs, ServiceNow Import Sets/ETL, ACLs, Service Catalog, workflows/Flow Designer, dashboards/reporting, data migration, production support, ServiceNow upgrades, asset/facilities management and EAM experience. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) should receive preference; the PWS describes these certifications as "highly preferred." Experience Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow application development and implementation Nuvolo Direct hands-on Nuvolo implementation/configuration experience required Core development JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS Certification ServiceNow CAD and/or CIS highly preferred, not stated as mandatory
