ServiceNow Nuvolo Developer
Job Description
Overview Greenbrier is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Nuvolo Developer to support the development, configuration, integration, and sustainment of a Nuvolo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform operating within a mature ServiceNow environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the ServiceNow Platform team and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain solutions supporting facilities management, enterprise asset management, work management, preventive maintenance, labor management, materials management, asset lifecycle management, reporting, and related business processes. This is a highly hands-on development position requiring strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, Nuvolo, JavaScript/GlideScript, integrations, workflows, data management, and production support. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, customize, and maintain Nuvolo applications within the ServiceNow platform . Write complex JavaScript and GlideScript , including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and other ServiceNow scripting components. Design and develop solutions supporting facilities management and enterprise asset lifecycle processes. Develop and customize ServiceNow user interfaces, portals, forms, views, and dashboards using HTML, CSS, Service Portal, and related technologies. Configure and maintain Access Control Lists (ACLs), user criteria, data separation models, roles, permissions, and support-group routing . Design, develop, and troubleshoot REST and SOAP integrations between Nuvolo/ServiceNow and external enterprise applications. Develop and maintain inbound and outbound web services and APIs. Perform data migration and transformation activities using ServiceNow Import Sets and ETL processes . Support the migration of legacy asset and facilities data into the Nuvolo cloud environment. Develop automated workflows and Flow Designer solutions supporting preventive maintenance, parts/inventory management, financial processes, service requests, and facilities operations . Design and configure Facilities Catalog Items and associated request workflows. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow/Nuvolo solutions. Conduct unit, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, scripting errors, integration failures, data synchronization issues, and performance problems. Support ServiceNow and Nuvolo platform upgrades , including planning, testing, troubleshooting, and post-upgrade validation. Develop operational reports, performance metrics, gauges, and executive dashboards . Maintain accurate technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, troubleshooting procedures, and implemented solutions. Provide timely production support for high-priority incidents and system issues. Collaborate with ServiceNow platform administrators, developers, functional users, and other technical teams to ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and maintainable. Document completed activities, ongoing work, issues, risks, and recommendations through periodic status reporting. Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development and implementation experience. Direct hands-on experience implementing, developing, or configuring Nuvolo. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow GlideScript . Experience developing

Experience developing and troubleshooting REST and SOAP web services/APIs . Experience with ServiceNow data migration, Import Sets, ETL, and data transformation . Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex application, integration, data, and performance issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification. Nuvolo-specific certifications or advanced Nuvolo implementation experience. Experience with Nuvolo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) . Experience supporting facilities management, asset management, maintenance management, construction management, space management, or related enterprise business processes. The environment includes established ServiceNow configurations and mature platform governance processes. The primary work location is NIST in Gaithersburg, Maryland . Occasional travel to the NIST campus in Boulder, Colorado may be required. The position generally operates during standard business hours, with occasional work outside normal hours to support planned maintenance windows, upgrades, or critical production issues. Experience working in a Federal Government or regulated environment . Experience supporting ServiceNow platform upgrades and application releases. Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and modern ServiceNow user experiences. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes and enterprise ServiceNow governance.Pay:
