OVERVIEW
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to implement ServiceNow for a large federal agency. You will work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.GENERAL DUTIES
Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution Carries out migration of the changes to production Assists with technical design and documentation Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirementsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development or administrator experienceDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Security + CE ITSM, HAM, SAM and/or CSM experience ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (CSA) Custom application development experience Bachelor's degreeCLEARANCE
