Salesforce Developer Location:
Minneapolis, Minnesota:
3 days a week on site

$100,000 - $120,000 We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support evolving business needs. This role involves close collaboration with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. This position supports a flexible work schedule that prioritizes in-office collaboration, with opportunities for remote work when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities Custom Development:
Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Integrations:
Design and build integrations with external systems using
REST/SOAP
APIs and other middleware tools.
Configuration & Customization:
Partner with Salesforce administrators to configure standard functionality and develop custom triggers, classes, batch processes, workflows, and flows.
Technical Architecture:
Translate business requirements into scalable and high-performing technical solutions while recommending best practices in system design and architecture.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Create and execute unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
Data Management:
Manage data migration, mapping, and transformation using tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain technical documentation, including coding standards, release notes, and best practices.
Platform Updates:
Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and support system enhancements and upgrades Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer working within Salesforce CRM environments Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP), middleware tools, and third-party APIs Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II) are a plus Familiarity with development tools such as Git, VS Code, Ant Migration Tool, and CI/CD processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
