Design CI/CD pipelines to enhance system performance and reliability. Mentor and manage development teams, promoting best practices in SDLC and Agile methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Implement process optimizations and automation to streamline operations. Manage integrations using APIs and middleware, ensuring system integrity and security. Skills Proven experience in enterprise-level Salesforce development. Deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, and process automation. Hands-on experience with CI/CD and version control tools. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities. Proficiency in architecting scalable solutions across large user environments. Preferred Skills Background in web development with technologies like .NET, SQL, and JavaScript. Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their application in Salesforce. Experience in the financial services sector.
