Do you thrive in an environment where your work directly influences strategic decision-making? We're seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our growing IT Reporting Resources team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and optimize reporting solutions, data models, and database systems that deliver critical business insights across the organization. You'll work with modern Microsoft data technologies, collaborate with stakeholders across departments, and play a key role in ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. What You'll Do ReportingAnalytics Partner with business stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements. Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise reporting solutions. Create and manage reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI. Support reporting needs for both internal users and external business partners. Deliver ad hoc analysis and database query support for management and executive teams. Provide user support, training, and documentation for reporting tools and dashboards. Data ModelingDatabase Development Design, maintain, and improve enterprise relational data models. Build and optimize SQL tables, views, functions, and stored procedures. Evaluate and implement enhancements to data structures and reporting databases. Analyze business requirements and recommend efficient database solutions. Support and improve Microsoft Access applications and user interfaces. IntegrationAutomation Develop and maintain ETL and integration processes using Microsoft technologies. Create and manage SQL Agent jobs and automated file delivery solutions. Support data integrations across multiple platforms and systems. Monitor processing schedules and ensure reliable data flow across the organization. Database AdministrationPerformance Monitor and optimize database and reporting performance. Troubleshoot data issues and implement long-term solutions. Collaborate with IT Engineering on system deployments, upgrades, and enhancements. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and reliability standards. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, database development, or related fields. Strong SQL Server skills, including complex queries, joins, and stored procedures.
