- We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance ServiceNow capabilities across the platform.
REST/SOAP
APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and scripted integrations 4. Write clean, efficient server side and client side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.) 5. Collaborate with product owners, process owners, and platform architects to refine requirements and technical designs 6. Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and upgrade readiness 7. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance concerns 8. Support platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing optimization efforts 9. - Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.
In an Agile environment:
Act as an Agile champion. Responsible for delivering high quality working software and automating manual/reusable tasks working directly, and consulting with, the business from the beginning of the design work. Leverage continuous engineering practices to deliver business value regarding effectiveness of the design. Actively participate in refining user stories. Responsible for development and developing unit testing, and supporting integration and functional testing. Responsible for providing warranty support and providing knowledge transfer to production support. Develop code in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner.- Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience 2.Strong experience with:
- Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment
- Custom application development (scoped apps)
- Integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server) 3.
Proficiency in:
- JavaScript
- Glide API
- Flow Designer and/or legacy workflows 4. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models 5. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions 6. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills 7. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS
- Application Development) 8. Experience with additional modules such as:
- ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, WSD, ECP or SecOps 9. Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and data modeling
