How You Will Make an Impact as a
Salesforce Developer:
Design, develop, and test Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform automations that power missioncritical business processes Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
REST/SOAP
APIs, middleware, and eventdriven architectures Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into elegant, scalable Salesforce engineering solutions Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability through thoughtful code design and bestpractice development Contribute to applications and automation that solve real problems-and deliver measurable impact for users and customers Skills you will need to be successful: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years developing on the Salesforce Platform Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, declarative automation, and platform events Handson experience with integration patterns, APIs, and versioncontrolled development Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps/CICD practices (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or SFDX-based pipelines)
