Onsite During Onboarding, Hybrid Available After Ramp-Up SAP Business One Developer Opportunity We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One Developer (SAP B1 Developer) to take ownership of a business-critical ERP environment supporting pricing, order management, warehouse operations, fulfillment, invoicing, customer integrations, automation, and regulatory reporting. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on ERP developer who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, supporting live production systems, and building scalable business solutions. As the first in-house SAP Business One Developer, you will work directly with executive leadership and play a key role in shaping future development standards, architecture, system reliability, and team growth. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and support SAP Business One customizations, automation workflows, and integrations. Build and enhance order-to-cash, pricing, fulfillment, warehouse management, and invoicing processes. Develop and maintain pricing logic for customer contracts, GPO agreements, discounts, and pricing programs. Support and improve order approval workflows, payment terms, credit hold processes, and business rules. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and restore critical business operations quickly and safely. Create, modify, and maintain Crystal Reports, labels, pick lists, and business documents. Develop integrations between SAP Business One and customer portals, EDI platforms, carriers, trading partners, data warehouses, and third-party applications. Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, database integrations, and system automations. Improve deployment processes, source control practices, testing procedures, monitoring, and documentation standards. Partner with operations, warehouse, finance, customer service, and leadership teams to improve business workflows. Establish SAP development standards and best practices across the organization. Support future hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of additional developers. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience owning and supporting production systems developed by other teams or developers. Hands-on experience developing solutions within the SAP ecosystem. Strong experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or another enterprise ERP platform. Experience building and supporting business-critical integrations and automation solutions. Advanced SQL development, database performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across ERP systems, databases, integrations, and operational workflows.
