This hands-on enterprise applications role involves development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support as the company expands its Oracle ecosystem and integrates a recent acquisition. Schedule Full time, onsite. Some relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates. Compensation $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience. What You'll Do This role configures, develops, and supports Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related applications, working with functional business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The developer builds and maintains integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts, and supports data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities. The role collaborates with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards, troubleshoots application issues, and helps maintain system reliability. It also includes participating in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization, documenting configurations, integrations, and technical designs, and working with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term application support.
