Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or candidates from adjacent states only. We need a lead Salesforce developer with proficiency in Apex, triggers, LWC, Aura, Flow, javascript, web service (primarily REST) and event-based integration. They must be able to guide the engineering team (both onshore and offshore), perform code reviews, set technical direction, and promote Salesforce development best practices. They must be able to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical designs on Salesforce. They will also oversee deployments, source control, and environment management across non-prod/prod orgs and help the team adhere to the CI/CD pipeline processes in place. The role requires experience in CTI integration - specifically integration with Salesforce Voice (via Amazon Connect). The lead developer must be able to configure the CTI solution, identify gaps between this solution and the previous CTI solution, and design/build customization as needed to close these gaps. They must also be able to assist with any necessary configuration/setup on the Amazon/AWS side to properly enable the solution. -- Early response is appreciated....
