Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our innovative technology team. Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce tools to meet business requirements. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange. Collaborate within Agile software development teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope. Design system architecture for scalable applications, incorporating best practices in software design patterns and microservices architecture. Optimize existing Salesforce processes by analyzing system performance and implementing improvements for scalability and reliability. Maintain version control using tools like GitHub, manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment, and ensure code quality through rigorous testing. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop API strategies, implement security protocols such as RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and support cloud infrastructure deployment. Experience Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on application development within cloud environments. Strong background in web development technologies including JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, along with Java or Python programming languages. Hands-on experience designing scalable systems using REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure platforms. Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or SQL Server; experience with system design for high availability and performance is a plus. Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to facilitate iterative development cycles. Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub or Git; experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Understanding of security principles including RBAC, OAuth, and data protection best practices in a SaaS environment.
