Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and enhance ServiceNow applications, integrations, and custom solutions aligned to DAS OIT and enterprise standards. Build high‑quality, secure, and scalable code following best practices and FedRAMP compliance guidelines. Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for platform defects, performance issues, and complex technical challenges.
