ServiceNow Application Developer LABUR is partnering with a client to find a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer to join their IT Service Management team. This role focuses on developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions across the ServiceNow platform—including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, and AppEngine—while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to automate and orchestrate key processes. The ideal candidate brings strong scripting abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices. Responsibilities Develop, configure, and maintain custom modules, forms, workflows, and applications across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, AppEngine, and Service Portal Leverage platform capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence, Flow Designer, Workspaces, Catalog Builder, and UI Builder to deliver scalable solutions Optimize platform performance through scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and automate business processes using Flow Designer and other orchestration tools Build and maintain integrations with enterprise tools and third-party applications; support advanced reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for business stakeholders Serve as L3 escalation support for complex platform issues, triaging root causes and developing effective resolutions Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, test scripts, and release notes to support end users and cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices, corporate policies, and governance standards across all platform configurations Act as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform, staying current with the latest developments and driving the expansion of platform capabilities Working on incidents and investigating issues within ServiceNow Participating in enhancement requests and new feature development for ServiceNow based on stakeholder input Collaborating with our Business System Analyst, who helps prioritize projects and works closely with the business Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience, including self-taught) 1-3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Administrator, or similar role, with proficiency in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB) and exposure to ITOM and SPM Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, with experience in Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Scheduled Jobs; familiarity with HTML, CSS, Angular, Jelly Script, and ServiceNow APIs is a plus Experience with

APIs, Integration Hub, SSO protocols, and Active Directory architecture Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem resolution Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or ITIL Foundation certification preferred Business-level English required; English is the corporate language for daily communication across global teams Compensation $50-55/hour
