• 10+ Years experience in Data Engineering, Power PI Development, or Data Architecture
• Strong hands-on Power BI Experience with dashboard and report development from scratch
• Advanced SQL Skills
• Experience performing code and design reviews
• Proven ability to establish development standards and best practices Experience conducting internal audit and governance reviews for data teams
• Power BI Platform Architecture exposure (Semantic layer, etc.)
• Azure DevOps experience Enterprise BI Governance
