We are seeking a Service Now Developer for an opportunity that is onsite in West Mifflin, PA. All applicants must have an active Top Secret clearance and SCI/Q eligibility. No third parties.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise Personnel must demonstrate proficiency in configuring, scripting, developing, and deploying solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, workflow, catalog, and custom applications. All work shall comply with federal standards and requirements, including DOE Orders, NNSA directives, FISMA/NIST guidelines, and any NR-issued information systems instructions. Compliance Awareness Personnel must possess a comprehensive understanding of federal IT compliance frameworks, including requirements for change-control, configuration management, auditability, secure workflow development, and documentation standards applicable to sensitive unclassified information systems. Communication and Professionalism Personnel must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and be capable of presenting complex ServiceNow system information clearly and concisely in accordance withDOE/NNSA
reporting and documentation expectations. b) Preferred Skills Advanced Technical Capabilities Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems operating under federal compliance standards and familiarity with secure development lifecycle requirements. Process Improvement & Policy Development Preferred experience includes participation in development of organizational IT procedures, SOPs, and compliance documentation; and demonstrated ability to identify workflow improvements aligned with mission objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration Personnel should possess strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to support communication across federal contractors, government offices, site personnel, and technical teams. Education Educational Background and Experience The personnel shall possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution, and a minimum of two (2) years of directly relevant ServiceNow development/administration experience.group id:
