Our client is seeking a Senior BI Developer to own Power BI reporting across field operations, management, and senior leadership. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver dashboards that drive decision-making at the VP level. The ideal candidate pairs deep Power BI and Snowflake expertise with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and an interest in leveraging AI to streamline development and support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports for field operations, management, and senior leadership Source and model data from Snowflake and Excel to support operational and executive reporting Partner with business leaders and VPs to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable reporting Collaborate with development teams on data pipelines and report delivery Leverage AI tools, including GitHub Copilot, to reduce development and support time Maintain and support existing reports, ensuring accuracy and performance

Minimum Requirements:

10-15 years of BI development experience Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Advanced Power BI experience, including sourcing data from Excel and Snowflake Hands-on Snowflake experience pulling and working with data Working knowledge of SQL Experience building executive-level dashboards with strong business acumen Experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot or similar) with Power BI to improve development efficiency
