This role involves supporting a government project for the State of Oregon, focusing on designing and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards and KPI reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, optimize dashboard performance, and work within an Agile environment. Position Overview for the BI Engineer (Tableau): Support the State of Oregon's SAFE project by developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and KPI reports. Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into visual analytics. Build efficient dashboards sourcing data from Databricks and enterprise data platforms. Collaborate with technical teams in Agile sprints to ensure data accuracy and report integrity. Contribute to modernization efforts for large-scale government data initiatives. Requirements for the BI Engineer (Tableau): 5+ years experience developing Tableau dashboards in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of Tableau visualization best practices. Experience working with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
