Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Tableau Developer to support the development and maintenance of business dashboards used primarily by sales teams. This role will focus on creating dashboard products, connecting and working with data sources, and investigating data accuracy issues to ensure reporting meets established service level expectations. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards.
  • Utilize SQL to query, analyze, and support reporting solutions.
  • Connect and work with data sources in BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Develop dashboards as scalable reporting products for business stakeholders.
  • Investigate and triage data inaccuracies and reporting issues.
  • Determine whether data issues originate from Tableau reporting layers or backend data sources.
  • Support dashboard solutions used by sales teams.
  • Help ensure data delivery aligns with the current 24-hour service level agreement (SLA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve missing or incomplete data issues.
