This person will work on critical enterprise initiatives and help optimize and enhance Salesforce environments. This is a hybrid role with 1 day / week on-site.

The ideal candidate is a strategic Salesforce professional who understands the business needs behind technical requirements and can translate business objectives into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. This individual should favor configuration over unnecessary customization and be comfortable evaluating and improving existing vendor-delivered solutions. The Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer will work closely with business stakeholders, end users, and application development teams to improve the overall Salesforce environment and deliver intuitive solutions that support long-term business objectives. Responsibilities Serve as the primary System Administrator for Salesforce environments. Manage Salesforce administrative functions, including: User account maintenance Reports and dashboards Workflows Routine system administration Respond to end-user issues, enhancement requests, and other administrative needs. Evaluate, scope, coordinate, and complete new Salesforce development requests. Manage integrations between Salesforce and connected applications. Work independently with business users to define, document, and translate development requirements. Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and help prioritize Salesforce enhancements. Serve as a liaison between business users and application development teams. Evaluate existing Salesforce solutions and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct regular internal system audits and assist with system upgrades. Help ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, intuitive, and aligned with business objectives. Qualifications Senior-level experience administering and developing within Salesforce environments. Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user management. Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. Experience working with Salesforce integrations and connected applications. Ability to evaluate existing solutions and recommend improvements. Strong understanding of configuration versus customization and the ability to determine the appropriate approach. Experience working directly with business stakeholders and application development teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
