Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer to support critical enterprise initiatives. The person hired for this position will serve as a senior Salesforce professional responsible for administration, application development, integrations, and ongoing platform improvements. W2 Candidates Only. No C2C, subcontracting, or visa sponsorship available. he ideal candidate will understand the business needs behind technical requirements and translate business objectives into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. This role emphasizes configuration over unnecessary customization and requires the ability to evaluate vendor-delivered solutions, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to support long-term application goals. Responsibilities Serve as the primary System Administrator for Salesforce environments. Handle all Salesforce administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine administrative tasks. Respond to end-user issues, enhancement requests, and other administrative needs. Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new Salesforce development requests. Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce. Work independently with business users to define and document development requirements. Facilitate backlog grooming and prioritization sessions. Act as a liaison between business users and the application development team. Evaluate and enhance vendor-delivered Salesforce solutions. Conduct regular internal system audits and support Salesforce upgrades. Help maintain a scalable, intuitive, and maintainable Salesforce architecture. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Senior-level experience administering and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform. Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, security, reporting, workflows, and application functionality. Experience gathering and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions. Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with other enterprise applications. Strong understanding of Salesforce development and the ability to determine when configuration is preferable to customization. Experience working with end users, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Experience with requirements documentation, application testing, issue resolution, and release management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an enterprise environment. Preferred Experience Experience supporting large or complex enterprise Salesforce environments. Experience evaluating and enhancing third-party or vendor-developed Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce application architecture and scalable solution design. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, or similar development planning activities. Experience supporting Salesforce upgrades and system audits. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or related certifications are a plus.

Pay:
