Type:

full-time KMM seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Rockville, MD. Hybrid role.

Security Clearance Requirements:

US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance The ServiceNow developer will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow components and developing customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of progressively responsible experience specializing in ServiceNow development. Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications. Experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio, with significant experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Established track record navigating Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proven ability supporting the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and federal software accreditation processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) Motivated self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to lead remote teams. Prior experience supporting federal agencies or defense programs
