is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join us. The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions as defined by the requirements documented. Your primary focus will be on creating and customizing applications within the ServiceNow platform to automate and optimize IT service management processes. You will collaborate with various IT teams, including CASD (CA Service Desk), Infrastructure, DevOps, Business Support, Business Enablement (Dev), and other cross-functional teams. The ServiceNow Developer/Administrator (Level 2) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions based on documented business and technical requirements. This role focuses on building and configuring applications on the ServiceNow platform to enhance and automate IT service management (ITSM) processes and custom-scoped applications. The Developer L2 works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including CASD (CA Service Desk), Infrastructure, DevOps, Business Support, and Business Enablement, to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions that align with organizational objectives.Duties and Responsibilities:
