• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for W2 employment. No sponsorship and no corp to corp arrangements are available. What you will do
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of business intelligence solutions
• Develop and maintain scalable BI solutions that support business objectives
• Create complex data models and reporting structures to improve decision making
• Build real time dashboards to monitor KPIs and operational performance
• Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries and scripts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
• Enforce best practices related to data governance, data quality, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex BI and reporting issues
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BI developers
• Stay current on emerging business intelligence technologies and methodologies
• Support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field required
• Proof of education required with submission
• Approximately 8 years of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related experience
• Strong experience designing and developing enterprise BI solutions
• Advanced SQL development and optimization experience
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions
• Experience creating and maintaining complex data models
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and security best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience mentoring or leading junior developers Nice to have
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse environments
