Job Overview Schedule:
Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) | Hybrid Must have previous experience as a BI Developer At the forefront of digital transformation, the BI Developer II at Legacy Community Health is a trailblazer in data innovation. This pivotal role is designed for a tech enthusiast eager to revolutionize healthcare analytics. As a key player in our tech-forward team, you will design, build, and automate data transformation processes, contributing to the architecture of our cutting-edge data warehouse and data marts. Engage in a mission-driven environment dedicated to impactful healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and document enterprise solutions with a focus on digital innovation. Utilize advanced SQL Programming to develop sophisticated analytic tools. Create comprehensive technical specifications that ensure seamless user experiences. Develop and code complex programs using C#/MS Visual Basic/.NET. Design and implement data interfaces for next-gen Business Intelligence tools. Maintain and optimize data warehouse and ETL processes, driving continuous improvement. Conduct in-depth analysis of coding segments in existing applications. Gather and synthesize business and technical requirements for agile work product development. Consult with BI Analysts and stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. Identify and implement automation opportunities for high-quality data products. Manage multiple priorities with agility and precision. Document procedures for implementing innovative work products. Thoroughly test all functions of work products to ensure peak performance. Foster effective teamwork and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills. Uphold safety protocols and maintain a professional work environment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience as a BI Developer, proven expertise in analytical solution design and development, managing business and healthcare data with a focus on innovation. Minimum 2 years SQL development skills with experience in ETL and data warehousing solutions, especially using Microsoft Azure/SQL Server. Experience with Healthcare
EMR / EHR
is required. Proficiency with SQL Server Reporting Services or SAS for advanced analytics. Capability to present complex data insights to BI and business stakeholders effectively. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
Desirable:
Expert understanding of ETL processes, familiar with the full software development life cycle, and ability to present to top management.
