Publisher (BIP) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) reports and dashboards across Human Capital Management subject areas (e.g. Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.).The ideal candidate will have strong functional HCM Workforce Management knowledge combined with hands-on technical reporting expertise, particularly in healthcare or other complex, shift-based environments.

Skills and Requirements Functional Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management modulesUnderstanding of payroll processing and time calculation rulesExperience in healthcare or shift-based workforce environments preferredKnowledge of overtime, shift differentials, and compliance reporting
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with:
