This role includes creating custom solutions, integrating with third-party systems, and enhancing platform capabilities to meet business needs. The developer will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards and platform best practices. The ServiceNow Developer is expected to actively participate in defining, refining, and grooming user stories, ensuring they are well-scoped, technically feasible to meet the client's functional and technical requirements.
