Reston, VA- Locals Preferred Job Description:
Highlighted ones are mandatory . 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and
SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and integration patterns. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including governor limits and security. Agentforce experience is ideal. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Certifications (Highly Preferred) Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (for LWC-heavy roles)Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to lead projects and work independently.
