Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a contract position based in Tysons, Virginia. This is a 12+ month engagement requiring three days per week on-site. You will support and enhance the organization's enterprise ServiceNow platform, translating business requirements into scalable solutions while driving platform stability, automation, integrations, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Develop and maintain mission-critical ServiceNow applications with a strong focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions Work closely with product management, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand and implement requirements Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that address business needs Enhance platform stability and drive automation initiatives Support integrations across the ServiceNow ecosystem Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Qualifications Required Hands-on technical expertise in ServiceNow platform development Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience supporting enterprise platforms Preferred Experience with platform automation and integrations Background working with cross-functional teams including product management and business stakeholders
