This role will be responsible for technical development, ongoing enhancements, and support of the Salesforce ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on delivering intuitive, efficient, and modern user experiences and interface design within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong Salesforce development background across Lightning Experience (LEX), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, data, and platform security. While this is a hands-on development position, the role requires someone who can understand business workflows and translate them into scalable, user-friendly Salesforce solutions. The primary focus of the position will be UI/UX development, improving how Sales users interact with Salesforce and simplifying complex business processes through thoughtful application design and automation. The role will also have an AI-forward focus, I with opportunities to incorporate artificial intelligence into the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Snowflake Cortex, or similar enterprise AI technologies is highly desirable. Salesforce operates within a broader technology and data ecosystem that includes Snowflake, making experience with Snowflake, data integration/ETL, APIs, and AI-enabled data solutions an additional advantage.
