Job Summary Position Summary:
The Business Transformation Site Lead , will be based in Fontana, Ca ., reporting to the Sr Director of Supply Chain Management, will serve as the local site driver of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Transformation Leadership Execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals. Execute actionable programs across business systems, operations, and digital platforms, based on strategic objectives. Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation. Digital Systems & Process Optimization Oversee the site-level integration and optimization of ERP, PLM, and other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Windchill). Standardize and digitize core business processes, including BOM structures, change order controls, and data governance. Partner with IT and engineering to implement automation strategies (AI/ML,RPA) that enhance productivity and data integrity.
Post-M&A Integration Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of critical power manufacturing business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales is critical to the success of this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • 2+ years of experience in SAP integration, preferably with
SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proficiency in SAP integration technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, APIs) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, or other middleware tools is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • SAP certification in integration or S/4HANA modules.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of non-SAP systems and integration patterns (e.
