About CT Labs CT Labs is a technology consultancy focused on applied AI. We work with organizations to design and implement AI strategies that produce real, lasting change. About the Role The VP of AI Transformation leads CT Labs' efforts to embed artificial intelligence across client organizations at scale. This is a senior executive role for someone who has led the hard work of transforming how organizations operate using AI, not just advised on it. You will set the direction for how CT Labs delivers transformation engagements, build the practice, and ensure clients achieve lasting outcomes. What You Will Do Strategic Leadership Defines and owns CT Labs' AI transformation methodology. Develop frameworks for AI maturity, adoption, and organizational change. Serve as the senior voice on AI transformation in client relationships and in the market. Shape new service offerings based on client demand and emerging technology.

Client Engagement Lead:

executive-level conversations on AI strategy, readiness, and roadmap. Oversee the delivery of transformation programs across multiple accounts. Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite stakeholders. Ensure client outcomes are measurable and documented.

Practice Development Build repeatable assets:

playbooks, assessment tools, and delivery accelerators. Partner with recruiting to attract senior consultants and AI specialists. Establish quality standards across all transformation engagements. Represent CT Labs through speaking engagements, publications, and industry participation. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with technical teams to ensure AI solutions are sustainable post-engagement. Partner with sales and business development on pursuit strategy and proposals. What We Are Looking For Required 8+ years in technology consulting, AI strategy, or enterprise transformation Proven track record leading large-scale AI or digital transformation programs end-to-end Deep understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and automation, and their organizational implications Executive presence with the ability to influence at the board and C-suite level Experience building and scaling consulting practices or teams Preferred Background in organizational change management alongside technical AI expertise Prior experience at a management consultancy or AI-focused firm Published thought leadership or recognized presence in the AI field
