Bay Area, CA or New York, NY We are seeking an Executive Experience Consultant to design and deliver high-impact experiences for senior technology executives and business leaders. This role goes beyond traditional program management-you'll help shape strategic conversations, influence stakeholders, and create engaging, customer-focused experiences that drive meaningful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design and execution of high-profile executive engagements , ensuring each experience is aligned with customer and business objectives. Develop and facilitate interactive, innovation-focused executive sessions that move beyond traditional presentation-based meetings. Build trusted relationships with senior executives, sales leaders, technology experts, and cross-functional stakeholders . Influence stakeholders and help drive adoption of new engagement strategies, processes, and ways of working. Develop expertise in an assigned industry and translate industry trends, customer challenges, and business priorities into compelling executive narratives. Facilitate strategic conversations and effectively communicate complex technology concepts to executive audiences. Navigate complexity, ambiguity, and rapidly changing priorities while maintaining alignment and delivering exceptional experiences. Apply strong program and project management skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience designing and delivering high-impact executive engagements, strategic programs, consulting engagements, or similar initiatives. Experience working within a technology company, SaaS organization, or technology-focused environment . Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels , including senior executives, sales teams, and cross-functional partners. Exceptional communication, facilitation, storytelling, and executive presentation skills . Strong executive presence with the ability to establish trust, credibility, and rapport with technology and business leaders . Strong program/project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in environments characterized by complexity, ambiguity, rapid change, and evolving processes .
