Title:

CTO Clinical Trial Startup (Bay Area)

Location:

Santa Clara, CA-Hybrid Key Responsibilities Define and execute the technology roadmap. Design and build scalable clinical trial platforms and healthcare systems. Lead in-house engineering teams and/or manage outsourced development partners. Ensure compliance with healthcare and clinical research regulations. Drive product innovation, security, scalability, and data privacy. Required Experience 15+ years of technology leadership experience. Strong background in Healthcare, Pharma, Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, or Drug Development. Experience building enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology platforms. Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), architecture, and engineering leadership. Prior experience as CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, or Chief Architect preferred. Preferred Background Clinical Trial Technology Pharmaceutical Technology CROs (IQVIA, Parexel, ICON, Labcorp, etc.) HealthTech or Digital Health startups Hospital Technology Platforms
