Lake Forest Purpose:
Seeking a results-driven Senior Manager, AI & Automation to lead our enterprise AI and automation strategy. Reporting to the Director of AI, this role will drive automation, agentic AI solutions, enterprise AI adoption, and innovation initiatives while leading a team of AI Solution Analysts.
Responsibilities:
Lead the enterprise Digital Workforce (RPA) program and automation portfolio. Identify and deliver AI and automation opportunities that drive business value. Design and support agentic AI solutions leveraging platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Databricks, and SAP BTP. Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude Enterprise through enablement and change management. Evaluate emerging technologies and lead innovation pilots. Develop business cases and measure outcomes including cost savings, productivity gains, and operational efficiencies. Lead and mentor a team of AI Solution Analysts. Provide executive reporting on program performance, risks, adoption, and value realization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in automation, digital transformation, or process improvement, including 2+ years of AI experience. Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments. Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere A360. Familiarity with AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Databricks, and SAP BTP. Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Claude Enterprise. Proven leadership, business case development, and executive communication skills. Experience leading technical teams and driving enterprise-wide change initiatives.
