Support the development of the company's strategic plan and future growth. Direct the company's overall technical vision and development. Collaborate with department leaders to assess and understand IT needs. Communicate regularly with senior leadership on IT initiatives, progress, challenges, and priorities. Oversee the implementation of a new ERP system. Continuously evaluate new technologies, equipment, and processes, and recommending or implementing improvements as appropriate. Manage the department's annual budgets. Ensure the security of all proprietary company data and maintaining disaster recovery and backup protocols. Advise other department heads on the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Provide leadership and guidance to department heads in alignment with the company's culture, mission, and values. Create, maintain, and enforce written policies and procedures regarding all IT operations company-wide. Review records to measure department productivity, quality of output, and cost of service, and developing strategies for continuous improvement. Evaluate and manage IT service providers and vendors.
