Job Description

Role Summary The Transformation Office Leader is responsible for driving enterprise‑wide change initiatives that accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and strengthen organizational agility. This leader sets the transformation agenda, aligns cross‑functional teams, and ensures disciplined execution of strategic programs that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Strategy & Roadmapping — Define and maintain the multi‑year transformation roadmap aligned to EDG strategy, financial targets, and market dynamics. Program Leadership — Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives spanning operations, commercial excellence, digital enablement, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness. Change Management — Build and execute change strategies that drive adoption, minimize disruption, and strengthen cultural alignment. Executive Alignment — Partner with C‑suite and senior leaders to prioritize initiatives, resolve barriers, and ensure accountability for outcomes. Performance Management — Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance mechanisms to track progress, manage risk, and ensure delivery of expected value. Operational Excellence — Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and structural efficiencies. Team Leadership — Lead transformation teams, PMOs, training, and contact center with cross‑functional workstreams; coach leaders to build transformation capability across the organization. Qualifications 10-15+ years leading enterprise transformation, strategy, or large‑scale program management. Proven track record delivering measurable business results through cross‑functional initiatives. Expertise in change management, organizational design, and process optimization. Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence at all levels. Experience in matrixed, global, or multi‑business environments preferred. Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the enterprise region.

Target Salary Range:
$200,000 - $300,000 salary a year with the opportunity for eligible employees to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
