JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support administrative operations of our corporate office, investment and acquisitions teams. Maintain organized filing systems for guest records, invoices, and internal documents Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Draft professional correspondence and respond to emails on behalf of key leader(s)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Additional certifications in office administration, customer service, or hotel management are a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience in multitasking and managing competing priorities Familiarity with office administration procedures and best practices
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping
