Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sr. Delivery Manager ? AI Strategy & Enablement will serve as the leader for AI transformation, responsible for defining and executing a unified AI strategy that accelerates innovation, ensures governance, and delivers measurable business outcomes. This role will establish the operating model, frameworks, and infrastructure required to scale AI responsibly across Connected and Shared Services. Acting as a strategic advisor and execution leader, the Group Manager will drive adoption, optimize delivery, and position the organization for the next phase of AI maturity.
Responsibilities Essential Functions:
AI Strategy:
Develop and own the AI vision, roadmap, and prioritization model aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
Governance & Risk Management:
Establish AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance, ethical use, and risk mitigation across all AI initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
Implement AI/ML Ops practices for production-grade, scalable agentic workloads, reducing technical debt and accelerating delivery. E nablement &
Capability Building:
Design and lead AI literacy programs, training, and enablement initiatives to upskill teams and foster a culture of innovation.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with senior executives across Product, Technology, and Business units to align AI initiatives with enterprise priorities.
Efficiency & ROI:
Drive reuse of AI agents, workflows, and automation to maximize return on investment and reduce operational costs.
Innovation Acceleration:
Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases that unlock new business models and competitive advantage.

Serve as a catalyst for leadership growth by coaching emerging leaders, fostering adaptive thinking, and guiding individuals in shaping their development agendas to embrace greater complexity and enterprise impact. T eam
Development & Accountability:
Drive high-performing team culture by mentoring team members, removing organizational barriers, and leveraging resources to enhance delivery capacity. Hold teams accountable for commitments while enabling collaboration and innovation.
Empowerment & Engagement:
Promote a culture of empowerment where every team member is fully engaged, contributing meaningfully to strategic initiatives. Ensure sustainable work practices that balance speed, quality, and employee well-being.
Talent Management:
Provide full management responsibility for teams, including hiring, succession planning, leadership development, and performance accountability. Build a pipeline of AI talent to support long-term organizational growth.
Budget Responsibility:
Develops and manages budget Produces monthly forecasts Approves operational expenditures Determines variance of actual to forecast and takes action to correct/explain variances Plans capacity fluctuations based on roadmap of features Ensure cost optimization and measurable ROI for all AI-related expenditures. Qualifications Minimum Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; master?s degree or MBA preferred. 10+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML strategy and enterprise-scale implementation. Proven track record in building AI governance, operational frameworks, and driving adoption across large organizations. Experience leading high-performing technical teams.

Technical Oversight:
Evaluate conceptual and architectural aspects of AI solutions, applications, and systems to ensure strategic investments. Uphold compliance with architecture standards and governance policies. With deep understanding of AI technologies, agentic frameworks, and automation platforms.
Operational Acumen:
Expertise in AI/ML Ops, scalable infrastructure, and risk mitigation.
Leadership & Influence:
Strong ability to lead through influence, manage stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
Communication:
Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to executive leadership and non-technical audiences. I nnovation

Passion for leveraging AI to unlock new business models and operational efficiencies.
Operational Efficiency:
Define and communicate clear operational objectives and team goals aligned with AI strategy. Ensure execution excellence through structured prioritization and governance.

Salary Range:
$129,100-$209,900 The position is bonus eligible Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Required in office 4 days a week out of our headquarters in
