In this position... The Senior Specialist, Strategic Deployment & Transformation Roadmap is a highly strategic individual contributor responsible for driving the deployment plan and executive alignment for our Lean Product Development (LPD) business transformation. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role serves as a prime consultant to executive management. This individual will construct the overarching business case, orchestrate global stakeholder alignment, and lead pivotal conversations with Senior Leaders —translating complex transformation capabilities into compelling, data-driven executive narratives that secure leadership commitment and drive enterprise-wide adoption.
