Long Term contract (W2/C2C) Job Summary Seeking an experienced Director of IT Services to provide executive-level leadership and operational oversight across infrastructure operations, cloud services, service delivery, vendor management, and enterprise modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Enterprise Cloud Services and Cloud Migration Initiatives Manage Infrastructure & IT Operations Oversee IT Service Desk and End-User Support Teams Direct Network, Telecommunications, and Connectivity Services Drive IT Service Management (ITIL), Incident, Change & Problem Management Manage Vendor Relationships, Contracts, and SOWs Support Cybersecurity, Compliance, HIPAA, and Governance Initiatives Develop Executive-Level Reporting, KPIs, and Service Metrics Lead Disaster Recovery, High Availability, and Business Continuity Planning Partner with CIO/CTO on

Technology Modernization Programs Required Experience:

✔ 10+ years of IT Infrastructure and Operations Leadership ✔ Experience leading large-scale Infrastructure and Cloud Operations ✔ Strong AWS and/or Azure Cloud experience ✔ IT Service Management (ITIL) expertise ✔ Service Desk and End-User Support Management ✔ Vendor and Contract Management experience ✔ Infrastructure Modernization and Cloud Migration leadership ✔ Network, Security, Disaster Recovery, and Capacity Planning experience

Preferred Experience:

✔ Healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, or Government/Public Sector environments ✔ HIPAA and CMS Compliance knowledge ✔ Experience reporting to CIO, CTO, or executive leadership

Pay:

$80.00 - $100.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
