Description and Requirements Digital Integration Enablement Manager About the Role The North America Sales Enablement Organization is seeking a Digital Integration Enablement Manager to accelerate the growth and adoption of Lenovo's digital commerce ecosystem. This highly visible role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding customers and strategic business partners to leverage Lenovo's EDI and API capabilities, driving increased automation, operational efficiency, and business growth. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and integration champion, leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance digital connectivity, streamline business processes, and improve the overall customer experience. This role requires a blend of business development, program management, relationship management, and technical aptitude to successfully influence stakeholders and deliver scalable integration solutions. Key Responsibilities Customer & Partner Enablement Drive adoption of Lenovo's EDI and API solutions by identifying, engaging, and onboarding customers and strategic business partners. Consult with customers, partners, and sales teams to understand data integration requirements and recommend scalable solutions. Act as the primary North America business lead for digital integration initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and long-term adoption. Program & Project Leadership Serve as the North America subject matter expert for EDI and API processes, providing guidance and support across integration projects. Manage and prioritize integration requests while serving as the liaison between Sales, IT, Digital Transformation, Operations, and key business stakeholders. Lead transformation initiatives that improve end-to-end electronic data exchange processes and expand Lenovo's digital commerce capabilities. Develop and execute strategic integration roadmaps that drive operational efficiency and support business growth. Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement Champion the customer experience by proactively identifying pain points, escalating issues, and driving resolution. Collect and analyze customer and partner feedback to improve the accuracy, functionality, and effectiveness of Lenovo's integration tools and platforms. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for customer-specific integration challenges. Track, measure, and communicate program success through reporting, metrics, and executive updates. Stakeholder Management & Communication Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Present recommendations, project updates, and business cases to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Influence decision-making across functions through effective communication, collaboration, and data-driven insights. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, IT support, digital transformation, sales enablement, or a related field. Experience with EDI, APIs, systems integration, or digital commerce platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting customer onboarding, partner enablement, or technology adoption initiatives. Background in change management and process improvement. Experience delivering end-user training and driving user adoption. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
