Send job Job Details Company Job Details The Associate Director, Finance Transformation, is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that improve the effectiveness, scalability, and operational performance of Finance. This role partners with Finance Operations, Shared Services, IT, and business stakeholders to lead process optimization, technology enablement, standardization, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization. The Associate Director will identify opportunities to simplify and modernize finance processes, enhance service delivery, strengthen controls, and support enterprise transformation initiatives. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of finance operations, strong leadership capabilities, and experience leveraging key Finance technologies including Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, Tableau, BI Publisher, and other enterprise platforms to improve business outcomes. This role is based in our Sleepy Hollow, NY office and is required to be on-site 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities Finance Operations Leadership:
Leads Finance operational excellence initiatives by driving process standardization, performance improvement, scalability, risk reduction, and service delivery enhancements aligned with business priorities.
Process Improvement & Transformation:
Oversees Finance process transformation efforts through continuous improvement, automation, and change management to increase efficiency, controls, and scalability.
Technology Enablement:
Partners with Finance and IT teams to optimize and implement enterprise technologies, leveraging automation, AI, and analytics platforms to improve business performance and decision support.
Reporting, Analytics & Decision Support:
Delivers actionable financial and operational insights through standardized reporting, data governance, performance metrics, and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Management:
Builds and manages cross-functional partnerships, driving collaboration, executive communication, and data-driven recommendations to achieve operational and transformation objectives. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Finance Transformation, or related disciplines. 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and enterprise operations. Preferred Qualifications CPA, CMA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification. Experience supporting large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP initiatives. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, Tableau, BI Publisher, Power BI, automation platforms, and AI-enabled technologies. Experience in global organizations and shared services environments. Proven ability to drive measurable operational improvements and business value. Does this sound like you?
