  • Full-time Vice President, Information Security We are seeking a Vice President of Information Security to lead and execute our enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy.
This role is responsible for protecting organizational assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and aligning security practices with business and client needs. The VP will oversee all aspects of the information security program while serving as a key advisor to executive leadership and clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and evolve the company's enterprise information security strategy Oversee a comprehensive cybersecurity program including governance, risk management, compliance, and security operations Direct incident response efforts , including investigation, containment, and remediation of security events Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures Build and lead a high-performing information security team Drive security awareness and training programs across the organization Lead client-facing security engagements , including assessments and advisory support Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (PCI, HIPAA, GLBA, TCPA, FDCPA, SOX) Manage third-party and vendor risk programs Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across infrastructure and systems Provide executive-level reporting on security posture, risks, and incidents Partner with internal teams (Sales, HR, Client Services) to integrate security into business operations Oversee security audits, assessments, and regulatory inquiries Manage the information security budget and resource allocation Qualifications Extensive experience in information security, cybersecurity operations, and risk management Proven leadership in incident response, cyber investigations, and forensic analysis Strong knowledge of network security, infrastructure security, and security technologies Experience with compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, SOC audits, etc.) Ability to assess and improve client security programs Strong understanding of global data privacy and regulatory requirements Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives and clients Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and ability to manage high-pressure situations Experience Requirements 10+ years in information security or cybersecurity roles 5+ years in security leadership or consulting roles Experience in data-intensive or professional services environments preferred Hands-on experience with: PCI compliance programs SOC audit readiness and execution Incident response and digital forensics
