In this role, you will define and execute the AI roadmap across our manufacturing operations, identifying high-value use cases in production, quality, and supply chain. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, pilot, and scale AI and analytics solutions, integrating with MES/ERP systems and ensuring strong data foundations. You will champion change management, develop training, measure ROI, and align initiatives with our global, innovation-driven culture and continuous improvement goals. Responsibilities Define and own the AI transformation roadmap for North American manufacturing operations. Identify high-impact AI use cases in production, quality, supply chain, and engineering. Lead cross-functional teams to pilot, deploy, and scale AI solutions. Partner with IT, data, and operations to ensure data readiness and system integration. Develop business cases and track ROI, KPIs, and performance improvements. Drive change management, training, and adoption across plants and functions. Align AI initiatives with global SFS strategy, standards, and governance. Engage with external partners and vendors to evaluate AI tools and platforms.
