In this role, you will define and execute the AI roadmap across our manufacturing operations, identifying high-value use cases in production, quality, and supply chain. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, pilot, and scale AI and analytics solutions, integrating with MES/ERP systems and ensuring strong data foundations. You will champion change management, develop training, measure ROI, and align initiatives with our global, innovation-driven culture and continuous improvement goals. Responsibilities Define and own the AI transformation roadmap for North American manufacturing operations. Identify high-impact AI use cases in production, quality, supply chain, and engineering. Lead cross-functional teams to pilot, deploy, and scale AI solutions. Partner with IT, data, and operations to ensure data readiness and system integration.
