What You'll Be Doing:
- We are seeking a highly motivated
- Principal, Strategic Initiatives
- to lead the enterprise transition from traditional operational workflows to AI-enabled and agentic operating models, ensuring technology, processes, governance, workforce capabilities, and performance measures evolve in a coordinated and sustainable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transformation Leadership & Program Delivery
- + Lead enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives from strategy through deployment and adoption, managing program governance, risks, dependencies, and execution across multiple workstreams.
- Organizational Change Management
- + Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that accelerate and sustain adoption of AI-enabled workflows across all levels of the organization.
- Governance, Risk, and Responsible AI
- + Lead the integration and execution of responsible AI, clinical safety, compliance, privacy, security, and operational governance frameworks into AI transformation programs.
Required Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. + Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and value realization metrics to track performance, adoption, risks, trends, and business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Masters's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Technical Requirements:
- We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.
