Job Summary:
NTT DATA
currently seeks an accomplished Technology Leader to drive solution-oriented growth in our US Federal business unit. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and distribution of technology to external clients to improve and grow the business. The ideal candidate must have a successful track record of defining and delivering an organization's overall technology strategy. The individual in this position should have exceptional communication skills with internal and external C-Level executives.
Job Duties:
Translate business needs into technical solutions, establishing a seamless link between technology and our overarching business strategy Employ solution-selling techniques to identify business needs and develop customized solutions to solve client business problems Demonstrate success as a dynamic executive leader in customer relationship building, industry engagement and marketing efforts Stay up to date with the latest methodologies, emerging technologies, and industry-leading practices, and integrate these insights within the organization's context, delivering tangible business value and distinctive advantages Develop project plans and oversee the timely and budget-conscious delivery of project objectives, which may include enhancing existing systems or developing new applications Champion thought leadership in the integration of cutting-edge technology, standards, protocols, and tools within the fast-evolving digital landscape Interface and broker discussions with Alliance partners and Teaming partners on behalf of Federal, in the pursuit of strategic pipeline Intermittent travel
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience providing IT services to the US Federal government (Management Consulting or IT Professional Services) Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, management information system (MIS) or another related field US citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading large-scale technical teams, with full-stack engineering Demonstrated lasting relationships at the Federal CXO level and a proven ability to build relationships with new administration officials Deep understanding of the federal procurement process and a demonstrated track record of working with clients to expand existing and close new business within that framework Leadership experience within a matrixed organization, e.g., SI, Professional Services and/or Management Consulting Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), data pipelines, DevSecOps, and AI enablement Relevant professional certifications such as
CSM, PMP, ITIL, AWS
Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Expert, CISM, etc. Proven experience in site reliability, cybersecurity, information security, and big data engineering and architecture Ability to translate highly technical concepts into tangible business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders and agency executives Understanding of current technological trends and emerging/fading technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and their potential applications About
