The incumbent the principal advisor to senior management on how best to assure informion technology (IT) fully and economically supports DCSA's business operions and customer needs. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
(TQs): Demonstred ability and experience implementing and directing a comprehensive enterprise-wide IT management process th implements required laws and policies to include the Clinger-Cohen Act, Federal Informion Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) and Federal Informion Security Management Act (FISMA) while ensuring the IT program fully supports mission and business objectives. Demonstred experience leading cybersecurity efforts to provide stregic direction to enable an agency or organizion to prepare for, detect, and respond to cyber-tacks.
