Our Team:
The Director - EPMO leads the definition, prioritization, and execution of large, complex, and highly crossfunctional enterprise initiatives. The EPMO team is responsible for framing up and delivering multiphased programs that are critical to enterprise strategy. This role operates primarily 'on the business,' independently defining scope, governance, and futurestate outcomes while providing regular executivelevel communication and leadership. The Director is accountable for program outcomes, people leadership, and ensuring sustained integration of change across the organization. You'll be
DISRUPTIVE
through these duties and responsibilities: Provide enterprise leadership for multiphased programs consisting of many interdependent workstreams across functions, regions, and technologies. Independently define and structure ambiguous initiatives, including futurestate vision, success metrics, governance, and resourcing models. Serve as the primary executive interface for assigned programs, delivering regular, concise, and outcomefocused updates to senior leadership. Drive crossfunctional alignment by influencing senior leaders, resolving competing priorities, and navigating organizational complexity. Establish and maintain program governance, escalation paths, and integrated roadmaps across the portfolio. Ensure initiatives remain aligned to enterprise strategy, financial objectives, and organizational priorities. Coach, mentor, and develop Program Managers and Project Leaders, strengthening enterprise project leadership capability. Identify portfoliolevel risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints; proactively drive mitigation strategies. Partner with functional, IT, and global leaders to ensure changes are fully integrated and sustained. The TOOLS you'll bring with you: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience leading complex, crossfunctional programs Demonstrated success leading enterprisescale initiatives with executive visibility Strong strategic thinking, systems thinking, and problemsolving skills Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities Proven people leadership experience in a matrixed environment Advanced program and portfolio management skills Other TOOLS we prefer you to have: Master's degree in a relevant discipline PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification Experience leading global or enterprise transformation initiatives Strong financial and business acumen Experience with ERP or technologyenabled transformation programs Why Milwaukee Tool?
