Job Description

Sr Programmer Lead Onsite in
Fremont, CA Pay:
$90k - $110k+ Direct Hire, W-2 Key responsibilities : Design and develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations Translate business requirements into working solutions (not just documentation) IT Project Management Build and enhance systems including Financial data integration and reporting support Customer-facing APIs and integrations Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code Break down requirements into actionable development tasks Work with offshore developers (task assignment, code review, guidance) Ensure data consistency between operational systems and reporting platforms Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues
Job Requirements:
BS degree in computer science or related field 5-8 years of hands-on development experience Experience building end-to-end solutions (design develop deploy) Strong coding skills in .NET (C#) and/or Python Solid experience with SQL / relational databases REST APIs develop and system integration Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Ability to explain system designs and technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business users Preferred bilingual (Chinese) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
